We have never hired a moving company before - always used family and friends. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were AWESOME! We will not use family and friends again! Very stressLESS move! The guys were extremely nice, efficient, quick, concerned, clean, polite...........AWESOME!!!

Brandon, Tim, and the team were excellent. We had one chair get broken but they came out within a week and fixed it. We figure these things happen. Our friends had used you and were pleased with your service. We recycled their boxes or we would have bought boxes from you. One bedroom set upstairs was not put together before they left but I'm sure it was an oversight. Would definitely recommend you!

Some miscommunication with scheduler on time window. The man I spoke with on the phone quickly found us a time that worked better. Appreciate the effort and found the movers to be very kind, worked hard, and took great care with my things.

The movers were very friendly, and very positive. To say moving me out of my apartment was a challenge would be an understatement.
I wish they had wrapped my leather couch in saran wrap before they carried it down the stairs. Years of preventing scuffs and scratches have gone to waste. I marked my picture frame box "fragile" and I discovered that a frame inside broke during the move. My bed frame was also hit against something, because now there's a chunk missing from it.

The last moving company I used I was not pleased with at all. They shared personal information (about a professional person they moved and told me all about their house and it's location), and their attire was not professional. I knew when it was time for me to move again, I would not be using them. Two Men and a Truck came to be by a referral, and I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. John and Moses were very good and professional. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy they displayed when moving me. Great Job!

The service was Incredibly slow. Portions of the move seemed to take entirely too long. One mover seemed idle a lot of the time. Assembly was poor and the unload was sloppy and careless.

Driver Brett was a true professional - he's the kind of employee that I'd want to work for me. He took great care to be sure our belongings were not damaged. My only concern was that the original move estimate was low - the crew worked fast and hard, trying to meet the target. So I ended up paying more for the move than anticipated. I also received a couple of calls from office staff that were somewhat confusing - supposedly due to there being another customer in my area with the same name.

Jeff and Bo did a GREAT job of moving my mother-in-law. They were very courteous to her and I, handled everything respectfully and carefully, and were very efficient. They had great suggestions about packing. Nothing was broken or damanged. I'd use Two Men & a Truck again and again! Thanks for a great move!

We were told we needed to remove the contents from our lateral files, but there was a miscommunication about the definition of "lateral files" so we unnecessarily boxed up files. More work on our part, but it was a small price to pay because of the excellent service we received. The movers were awesome. They took more care with our property than I expected. They put together the desks in a surprisingly short period of time. Our fee ended up being less than the quote, so we are very pleased about that. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.

The gal in your office should make sure that she clearly communicates what the guys are allowed to move (i.e, no open containers, no alcohol, no bedding). If I had seen paperwork prior to this, it would have helped.

Alex & Andrew were our movers and they were extremely friendly & professional. They should get all "5's" for their efforts. The girl in the office should be re-trained.

Although I was told that there were boxes coming with the truck, none were there, & the guys said none were ordered. Also was told that they would not move my electronics, ( tv. computer ) not really sure why, my duaghter is moving woth 2 menn & a truck & is told that electronice are to be part of the move, not sure why the difference

I never thought I would spend my money to have people move for me, but when I found out how inexpensive it was if I moved my own boxes and just had you guys do the big stuff, it sounded like something I could do. It made my life so much easier and I was very impressed with the timeliness and the courtesy of the guys. They could not get one of my units out of the bedroom, so they had to take it apart for me and put it together in the new house. This would have taken my fiance 3 hours to do alone, and they did it in 20 minutes! Thank you for being affordable and fast and efficient. I came to you through a recommendation and I would highly recommend you also.

The men were respectful and upbeat in attitude and energetic and diligent in moving all of our belongings. Even an antique china cabinet with curved glass made it safe and sound. The office staff were very patient and helpful in coordinating the actual moving day, which changed a few times because of home closing delays beyond our control. We sincerely appreciate having had a dependable moving company.

The office staff was very helpful and professional when they contacted us and we expected the qualities in the movers. However, the movers were not the professionals that we expected. They were slow, unorganized,uncommunicative, displayed a negative attitude, showed an overall sloppy in their work. They damaged our china cabinet and took a huge piece of wood from the woodwork around the bedroom door.When we completed the damage report, they seemed to care less about it. We expected to be contacted within 3 days about the damage, but to date, we have not heard a word from anyone at the moving company. If only the moving staff was as professional as the office staff, the company would have a winning team.

Where do I start? This company is awesome! The movers were professional, courteous, and fast; these guys hustled! We had a small issue with an outdoor playset that had been included in our estimate but proved to be too heavy for the 4 movers to handle. With my husband's assistance, the supervisor was willing to try to move it. Unfortunately, it ended up toppling over & breaking, almost crushing my husband & another mover. My husband & I were initially very angry that the in-home estimator had misguided us on this as we now didn't know how we were going to move it. We debated for several days how to handle the situation because we didn't want the movers to get in trouble for something that should have been better assessed by the estimator. Not knowing what else to do, I called the manager 5 days after our move, & without resistance or coaxing from my end, she resolved the situation within a day. She had a playset vendor come out, pick it up, bring it to our new location, repair it, and install it! I can't tell you how relieved & happy my husband & I were. We will recommend this company to EVERYONE!! Their customer service is amazing.

While my movers were nice guys, they were in experienced. After thwy tracked mud across my brand new carpet only then did they offer carpet runners. They destroyed $600 worth of bookcases. Also drove away with my entertainment center. I have yet to hear back from the office on the status of that.

I thought it would be cheaper to go with TMT since you were located just a few miles from where I was moving. I have used other movers in the past so I feel like I have a good understanding of how long it should take to move all the items to the new house. I had all furniture broken down and everything else in totes and boxes. Figured it would take around 2 to 3 hours to get everything to the new house. It ended up taking over 5 hours. Felt like the guys took way longer than they should have. Didn't seem like they were even average at moving large items. Ended up with a hole in the bottom of my expensive mattress, numerous scratches, dings and cuts on my furniture. Also ended up missing my support brackets for my dresser mirror (which they did find later and get to me)and three missing supports for my bed that I still do not have. Since I do not have the bed supports I have not been able to set up my bedroom furniture and sleeping on mattresses on the floor for over a week.

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and I have been very happy both times. It was nice the second move because they already had my stuff loaded into their system. Very nice and respectful movers and my belongings were in good hands.

The move went smoothly even thru the driving snow. The four men who came out were very nice, polite and careful with my parents possessions. I will certainly continue to recommend them to friends
